Controversial octuplet mom Nadya Suleman is under fire by an L.A.-area psychiatrist who has filed a complaint against her with the Department of Children and Family Services/Child Protective Services. ET has obtained the explosive new document.

Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman has filed a complaint against the octuplet mom for her "inability to properly care for her 14 children," urging the DCFS/CPS to step in and take action before the newborn octuplets are taken home from the hospital by Suleman.

Lieberman first points to previous psychological reports stemming from Suleman's workers' compensation case, which allegedly indicate that the mother of 14 was "depressed and suicidal."

The Beverly Hills psychiatrist goes on to say Suleman has a "severely narcissistic personality, with grandiosity, unrealistic fantasies, a belief that she is special, a need for excessive admiration, a disturbing sense of entitlement, a willingness to exploit other people, a lack of empathy and arrogance." -
